Yes. We provide certified metal buildings that meet your local wind and snow load requirements.

Frames are typically 14-gauge steel, with 12-gauge upgrades. Panels are usually 29-gauge.

We’ll work with you to ensure we get every detail about your project right before your sale is finalized or before your installation date. We are here to help you every step of the way! If, for some reason, the site is not ready when our installers come to install your metal building, there may be fees associated, and your installation will be delayed.

Cancellations are allowed, but will result in any deposits paid being lost. we do not offer refunds on deposits for any reason.

Possibly — minor changes may be allowed shortly after ordering, but are not guaranteed. Since our metal buildings are custom made, changes to color, size, additions, etc, may not be possible.

Once ordered, your custom metal building enters production and scheduling, making all deposits final. Due to the product being custom-made, the cost to produce, and our coordination with metal building manufacturers we are unable to offer refunds on our metal buildings.

Yes — a non-refundable down payment of 10%–25% is required to secure your order.

The site must be level, clear, compacted, and accessible by truck and crew. If your structure requires a concrete pad, this will be discussed and included in the required site prep before installation.

Our manufacturer contracts experienced crews to handle delivery and installation. We work with the best manufacturers around and are constantly working with and adding new manufacturers to our selection to cover a wider area and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Most areas require a permit. Check with your local authority before ordering. All permitting concerns are your responsibility.

No, before installation, all details of the installation will be covered, and our installation crew will know exactly what to do. There is no need to be present during installation. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible.

Yes — you’ll receive a call to confirm the delivery and installation schedule ahead of your metal building delivery.

Crew availability, weather, shipping logistics, and inventory can impact timing.

Delivery and installation typically take 3 to 8 weeks after placing your order. Delivery and installation time is dependent on the manufacturer but we are constantly working to get your metal building to you and installed quicker!

No. All installed metal buildings are considered non-returnable special orders. The deposit for your metal building before installation is also non-refundable. Please read more about our returns and refunds policy before ordering your metal building.

After installation, the manufacturer is responsible for your building and any issues that arise. Our warranties are honored by our partnered manufacturers. Feel free to contact Diamond Metal Buildings regarding issues, and we’ll be happy to help you work with the manufacturer to resolve any issues.

We only share what’s needed to fulfill your order. Order information is sent to the building manufacturer. Diamond Metal Buildings will never sell or share your information.
